About These Rules
The CHA is a multi-league fantasy hockey association built around an NHL-style salary cap. Each league has 14 teams, each managed by a GM responsible for a 21-player varsity roster, a junior varsity roster, contracts, drafts, and trades.
These rules apply across all CHA leagues. Where leagues differ (entry fees, prizes, schedule specifics), it's noted in the relevant section.
