By paying the annual entry fee, users agree to the terms outlined below.
§1Entry Fees & Refunds
- No refunds are provided. The Commissioner may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
- Entry fees may increase annually. You will never be forced to pay more mid-year, provided you've paid the full amount due.
- Entry fees are due by June 1 each year. Failure to pay on time may result in immediate replacement.
- Prize money is distributed within two weeks of the end of the fantasy playoffs. Payment options: PayPal, Venmo, or check (US residents only). You may also apply winnings to next year's entry fees, or carry a positive balance.
§2Removal from the League
Key Rule
Failure to comply with league rules may result in your removal at any time, without warning. In such cases, there is no refund — full or partial — regardless of the circumstances. Removal is at the sole discretion of the Commissioner.
§3Team Management
Teams may not be "sub-let." The Commissioner must be notified of any change in team management — including temporary or permanent replacements, addition of co-managers, or removal of co-managers.
- You may not collect money from another individual for operating your team
- Replacement managers may be required to pay a full season's entry fee
- A manager suspected of passing his team to another individual without notifying the Commissioner may be removed
§4Manager Conduct
Failure to comply with the expectations below may result in immediate removal without warning.
- Conduct yourself appropriately. No insults, condescension, or other forms of harassment deemed inappropriate by the Commissioner or league staff.
- Visit the league forum at least once every 72 hours during the season (Oct 1 – April 15), and at least weekly in the offseason. Notify the Commissioner if you'll be unavailable longer.
- Be prompt in responding to emails and PMs from other managers. Even bad trade offers require a response.
- Participate consistently on the league's forum. Setting lineups alone is not enough.
- Set your Fantrax lineups every day. Repeated failure may result in removal from the draft lottery, other punitive measures, or removal from the league.
- Act with integrity. Finding loopholes is encouraged; cheating is not. When in doubt, ask the Commissioner. If you've found a loophole, you'll likely be allowed to use it — at least until it's closed in the offseason.
- Read all rules of this league and understand them. This includes the official Rulebook and any rule changes posted on the forum. Ignorance does not excuse violation of these expectations.
